Fox series – lightness, simplicity and nobility
Get to know the piece of furniture whose timeless form has captivated thousands of Poles. The 300-190 armchair, affectionately known as "Fox", is one of the most recognized designs of its era. In the 1960s he was seen in almost every café and club. This is the second most popular armchair of that decade after the 366!
Where history meets modernity
As in the case of other icons of Polish design that we are proud to bring back to life, we have obtained the rights to produce the Fox armchair according to the design of its author, Henryk Lis (fox in Polish). It is after his name that the iconic piece of furniture is still called "The Fox".
The history of Fox began in 1966 in the Lower Silesian Furniture Factory in Świebodzice. It was there that Henryk Lis, a then little-known designer, worked and was given a responsible task. When the decision was made to create a new line of armchairs that could compete on the market with the extremely popular 366 model, the project was entrusted to him.

The slim lines of armchair’s turned legs and tapered armrests give it a noble expression. They prove that there can be layers of elegance in simplicity.

We created a contemporary re-edition of the 300-190 armchair and other furniture from the Fox line to honor the best of Polish design. The armchair structure made of high-quality wood and an extremely comfortable seat were once the pride of every Polish club and restaurant.
