The Story Behind

The Stefan 300-139 Lounge Chair, manufactured in the 1960s, is an excellent example of Polish furniture craftsmanship. Its solid oak wood construction ensures durability and elegance. The backrest is decorated with stylish wooden tiers, and the seat filled with straps guarantees comfort. The upholstery is formed by two independent rectangular cushions.

As a Polish export commodity, the Stefan Lounge Chair was a premium class among the furniture of the time. This piece of furniture is characterized by a modernist form and a simple construction enriched with interestingly shaped armrests, referring to Scandinavian design.

IN DETAIL

Fabric: BRAID

The BRAID fabric has been appreciated by the greatest designers and interior architects. The colors from the collection emphasize the thick woven structure of the material that is pleasant and so to the touch.

Each color has an admixture of white which makes the fabric even lighter and warmer. The special finish of the fabrics protects them from the rapid seepage of liquids, or even effectively blocks the infiltration of dirt into the fabric.
